Manchester United have raised corporate hospitality prices by 15 per cent for next season on the assumption they will be participating in the group stages of the Champions League.
The increased costs have been calculated on the club having at least four extra games at Old Trafford in Europe in addition to the 19 home matches in the Premier League.
Unlike regular season-tickets, hiring a suite entitles supporters to watch every home game in every competition.

But there will be no refunds if United, who finished fourth in the league last season, crash out of the Champions League play-off and end up in the Europa League with matches against far less glamorous opposition.
Their two-legged Champions League play-off game in August could be against high-calibre opposition like Monaco, Lazio or Sporting Lisbon but Louis van Gaal will be comforted that no English club has failed to reach the group stages since Everton were knocked out by Villarreal in 2005-06. The draw is made on August 7 with the first legs due to take place a fortnight after that.
Despite the risk of there being no Champions League football, the most expensive suite, The Gallery, has already sold out at £8,160 per person with supporters able to gaze upon a private art collection based on the glory of Manchester United while they dine.
Other packages starting at £3,900 per person are still available. Ordinary season tickets for non-corporate guests have been frozen for next season but apply for Premier League matches only.
